1.My wife bought this book without me knowing. Now we don’t have any carbs in the house, so I have to constantly lie to her so I can slip away and eat my oatmeal cookies. She’s starting to catch on to my lies and now she thinks I’m seeing another woman. I feel like my marriage is on the fringe. I’d tell her the truth but I feel I’m in too deep now. I love carbs and I also love my wife. I just can’t see a life without both of them together.

2. I pre-ordered this book because I have followed Suzanne on instagram and I was so excited to order her book. I stayed up late last night just absorbing all the information. What is SO AMAZING is she has laid it out so clear and "simple". Keto information and exactly how to do it to get results can be confusing with all the different resources. She gives you shopping list, recipes, a 30 day plan to get you started. One of the other aspects I like is is she makes it "real" , fore example, in the meal plan she uses the left overs from the day before for the next day. Her story hit me like a ton of bricks, I kept going thats me, yep, been there etc. I am looking forward to this weekend and making the "simple" yet delicious recipes! If in doubt whether or not to order this book, I am telling you you wont be disappointed, it so well done!

3. Love love love this book. Best one I’ve come across so far. Every recipe is so easy to follow and that says a lot because I never step foot in the kitchen.. until I started Keto. This book gave me motivation to stick with it. This book has made cooking fun!! AND EASY!

The book itself very informative, organized and my all time go to for recipes. The back is probably my favorite. It breaks down every topic. Breakfast, all recipes with page numbers for breakfast only (with pictures before you have to flip anywhere!) same with lunch and dinner. SO EASY TO NAVIGATE. And if there is a sauce or a side for a recipe that’s needed and it’s not under the main ingredients, she gives the page number on where to find it so it’s easy to flip to and from so you can go back to cooking.

Also! Not a lot of chatter in the beginning either. A quick blurb about herself and beautiful family and that’s it. LOVE that she’s straight to the point. It’s a cookbook. Give me recipes. And that’s what she’s done.

4. I had just started the keto diet and was feeling bored by the eggs, meat, cheese options I felt I was limited to eating. The recipes gave me lots of new ideas and helped me to feel like the diet was doable. I gave the book a four-star rating (versus 5) because some of the recipes are overly simplistic and repetitive (scrambled eggs with mushrooms, scrambled eggs with leftover chili mixed in) and because some of them make just one of the item (Here's a recipe for ONE waffle!). I understand that Ryan did this intentionally to limit portion size, but why would I go to the trouble of making TWO chocolate chip cookies when I could make a batch and freeze the dough? yes, I also realize that they can be doubled or tripled, but it would have been nice if she'd included the altered recipe. So, if you're cooking for just one, you'll probably like this book, but if you have a family to feed as I do, recipes for greater portions would be helpful.

5. If you not only want to learn about Keto, but be successful at it, you'll want this book. Suzanne's recipes, blog and Instagram (KetoKarma) are what inspired and helped my husband and I to lose a combined 179 pounds in one year. She is so relatable, and her recipes are delicious. This is my favorite Keto book by far and one that I recommend to all of my family and friends.
